Terms of delivery and payment

After finishing the portrait (depending on the order situation and portrait size one to two weeks, for oil two to three weeks) I will send you a photo of it as a jpg-file via email.
If the portrait fullfills your expectations you transfer the preconcerted amount. Cash on delivery is also possible.
As soon as the money is received I will send you the painting in a solid carton.
All prices are without framing plus shipping costs
Forwarding expenses, Germany: 5,90 EUR (insured parcel)
Forwarding expenses, EU: 17 EUR (insured parcel)

Paintings are worldwide copyrighted.
Right of use and copying remain with me, if it´s not declared in another way.

Because it´s about an artistic work, I can not be responsible for minor color deviation from the photos on the website.
If it´s about a portrait according to your wishes, I will - if required - retouch the painting according my possibilities and your wishes.

The painting will be send in a solid carton. I assume no liability for damages in transit.
Delivered paintings stay in my ownership till full payment. All prices are in EUR without costs of packing and shipping. These comply with kind and amount of the order. Because I am a small business owner according to § 19 UStG (German sales tax law) I do not charge any sales taxes.

Non-returnable (§ 321d Abs. 4 BGB) is the commodity group like: portraits, paintings and frames, which are made according to a customer requirement or are tailored to individual needs.
