Artist Biography Marita Zacharias Germany
Since 1998 I work as a freelance artist in my own studio in Dillenburg. Even as a child painting and the interaction of colors had a magical attraction for me. My teachers were the old masters of fine arts, reading of technical literature and private lessons by a Flemish painter and sculptor. Sources of inspiration were my long-distance and study tours, where I discovered that art and spirituality are inseparable. The man in harmony with nature and the wonders of creation using the symbolic power are central themes of my work, as well as the mythological nude paintings. My paintings and illustrations created in the techniques oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel and and they find their lovers at home and abroad. Since 2012 I am member at Frankfurter Kunstverein
