Terms of delivery and payment
Delivery
Within Germany (standard shipping) I will provide free shipping. Upon receipt of payment the goods I will sent within 3 working day. For urgent delivery requirements by appointment of course, special arrangements are possible. The paintings are by me insured by DHL, UPS, or send a suitable carrier.
Terms of payment
As the first customer a shipping order is possible only against advance payment (bank transfer to German bank account). As an existing customer from Germany is also possible a payment on account. I ship always my paintings as an insured package. In case of loss or damage caused by delivery of the consignment will be of course the purchase price refunded in full. For further details you can see below in GTC.
Shipping Costs
All prices in Euro plus shipping costs 5.90 Euro (except bulky goods) within Germany, 17,00 Euro European Union (insured package).
As a small business, no VAT is shown on the invoice under Paragraph 19 USTG.
Right of withdrawal
You can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notice in written form, but not before receiving the goods. The revocation period is sufficient to send the revocation or the goods. Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Paintings are worldwide copyrighted. Right of use and copying remain with me, if it´s not declared in another way.
Because it´s about an artistic work, I can not be responsible for minor color deviation from the photos on the website.
If it´s about a portrait according to your wishes, I will - if required - retouch the painting according my possibilities and your wishes.
The painting will be send in a solid carton. I assume no liability for damages in transit.
Delivered paintings stay in my ownership till full payment. All prices are in EUR without costs of packing and shipping. These comply with kind and amount of the order. Because I am a small business owner according to § 19 UStG (German sales tax law) I do not charge any sales taxes.
Non-returnable (§ 321d Abs. 4 BGB) is the commodity group like: portraits, paintings and frames, which are made according to a customer requirement or are tailored to individual needs.
According to § 13 Privacy Policy I am committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals who order from me or have ordered, to treat personal data confidentially.

ScopeThis data protection declaration is intended to inform the users of this website in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator Marita Zacharias (see imprint).
